Shipping Costs & Courier Services

- All shipping fees are covered by the customer.

Delivery Times & Order Processing
- Orders are dispatched once payment has been fully confirmed.
- Delivery timelines apply to working days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Next Day Delivery (UK)
- Available for orders placed before 3:00 pm (UK time) on working days.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following business day.
Custom-Made & Special Orders
- For customised fajas or made-to-measure garments, please allow 1–2 working days for production before dispatch.
- Shipping time begins after the garment has been completed and dispatched.
Shipping Responsibility & Delays
- ÉVORA London is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Unclaimed or returned parcels
If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received, or if the courier reports a lost package, the customer must contact the courier company directly and request written confirmation of the incident.
